The O/o CGPDTM is committed to providing information to citizens in a timely and transparent manner under the RTI Act,2005
Physical Applications for information under the RTI Act, 2005 from O/o CGPDTM may be addressed to the concerned Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), clearly specifying the information required. The fee of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten only) in respect of such application is to be made by way of Indian Postal Order/Bank Draft/Banker’s Cheque payable to “Controller of Patents”.
